Plain-English summary
- You sign up, you pay your subscription, you use the service.
- You own your data. We're a custodian, not the owner.
- Don't use the service to do illegal things or to harm others.
- We can suspend accounts for non-payment or material misuse.
- We provide the service "as is" with reasonable uptime efforts but no enterprise SLA — those terms are for paid Enterprise contracts (which we don't offer).
- Either of us can terminate with 30 days notice. We refund the unused portion of any annual prepayment.
