Is there a free trial?
Yes - 14 days, full feature access, no credit card required. We'll email you a reminder a few days before it ends.
How does billing work?
You're billed per active user per month. Pay annually for $7/user (save 22%) or monthly for $9/user. We use Stripe Billing for the subscription itself.
Can I import from Harvest?
Yes. The Settings → Import tool accepts standard Harvest CSV exports for time entries, projects, and clients. Most teams move in under an hour.
What happens after my trial?
We'll prompt you to enter a card. If you don't, your account moves to a read-only state - your data sticks around for 90 days so you can come back without losing anything.
Do you charge for inactive users?
No. Deactivate a user in Settings → Users and they stop counting toward your seat total on the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly cancels at the end of the current period. Annual cancels at renewal - we don't pro-rate refunds, but you keep access through the paid term.
Is my data secure?
Each tenant is isolated at the database level. Backups run daily. We're hosted on Azure with data in US regions only. See the Security page for the full breakdown.
